    The most professional group of intelligent individuals I was blessed to do business with when my wife and myself decided to purchase our first home. Made us feel very comfortable and had zero issues answering the phone to answer any questions we had. After deciding to list with Albert and Marina they scheduled a professional photographer to take photos and a video (to include drone footage). The property was listed on Friday and the first showing was on Saturday. They scheduled and conducted an open house the next weekend for Saturday and Sunday. After 3 weeks of being on the market, we received 2 offers and have since closed. The part which we’d like to express about being impressed with Albert and Marina is that there had been 2 other properties in our neighborhood on the market for about 4-6 months prior to us listing and another home just a few houses down the street listed a few days after we listed our home and one other in the 1st phase of our subdivision and all remained actively listed when our home went pending in 3 weeks and closed in 7 weeks.
