Does gray and brown really go together? Apparently, at some point, someone thought it was a good idea. Not so much now. But get past the brown and this place isn't bad. Three bedrooms is what everyone wants since most Americans have 2.5 children - that's one bedroom per kid and one bedroom for you. The half kid - don't worry, we didn't forget. There is a nice sized pantry off the kitchen which would be plenty big for a half kid AND your big jugs of warehouse mayonnaise (buy two, get one free). Even a laundry room inside. Super nice backyard (or it will be when you are done with it). New roof and mechanicals (like the HVAC) in 2016 and new sewer line in 2019 (who doesn't want a new sewer line? It's #3 on most wanted home upgrades according to Plumbing Vogue magazine). So check this place out.
