Two Group Homes with a total of 15 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, 2 Kitchens, a Laundry Facility, 2 Dining Areas, a Backyard with a Gazebo Like Building. This facility has been used for years to house homeless Veterans. The building built in 2003 (3901 NW 7th Street) has ten bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a living room and a kitchen as well as a screened room. The second house has five bedroom and three bathrooms as well as a dining room, a kitchen and laundry room. There is a gazebo like structure at the rear of the two houses with chairs for the residents. The newer building is all electric with two AC systems. The roof for this structure was replaced on 9/8/2020 with architectural shingles that match the other two structures. The roof on the smaller house was put on 11/18/2015 and this house has gas for the water heater and the heating system. There is a Generac generator for the smaller house.
Both house have internal doors for each bedroom plus doors to the outside as well. There are also fire alarm pulls in every room as well as over head fans and lights.
